Our IT Engagement Model

Our engagement model is personalized for each client. There is no “typical” engagement model that fits every client, but we do have typical models that tend to apply, including:

  • Ad hoc hourly support for specific resources
  • Monthly retainer that includes a specific number of hours for specific resources
  • Statement of Work (SoW) project-based engagements
  • Full-time equivalent headcount in specific areas of expertise
